Fattoria Santa Lucia Separatori Uva
Fattoria Santa Lucia Titolo Ceragiolo

The historical label allowing Fattoria Santa Lucia to be known as one of the few farms in Italy to have had the courage to remain loyal to its own tradition.
The Ciliegiolo grape is usually employed as blending grape for other wines, while the Ceragiolo (whose name reminds the fruit) is proposed as a single-variety wine; it is fermented for 20 days in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature, ripened in barriques for 12 months and aged for further 12 months in bottle.
This long wait is repaid by an intense red colour with violet reflexes, a unique scent of spices and black pepper with hints of cherry and raisins. A structured wine with a persistent and intense end. Our advice is to pour it in a decanter for 30 minutes before serving.

Classification:
IGT (typical geographical indication)
Blending:
100% Ciliegiolo
Colour:
Rubin red close to carnet

Fattoria Santa Lucia Separatori Uva
Fattoria Santa Lucia Titolo CheRubino

Since its birth CheRubino imposed itself in accordance with the purpose of the property, as a top-range wine of absolute quality, as maximum expression of the potentiality of the land and the Farm.
Last label of Fattoria Santa Lucia, CheRubino was introduced to the public in 2014, during the night of San Giovanni, on June 24. It is the result of an embrace between Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo and of a refined process of viticulture, followed by a scrupulous aging of 14 months in tonneaux. CheRubino wants to remind the marine breeze reaching and refreshing our vineyards in summer nights: it is extremely elegant on the nose and it reminds, for its aromas and scents, the wine of the Etruscan Coast.

IGT (typical geographical indication)

Fattoria Santa Lucia Separatori Uva

In our wine cellar tradition and innovation create a perfect fellowship, and the white wine Scassini is its clearest evidence.
Traditional vineyards such as Vementino and Trebbiano (in small percentage) are picked, gently put in the boxes and brought to the cellar. Here the grapes are immediately removed from the stalks and brought to the press where they are separated from their skins.
The fermentation of the so called “mostomuto” (lit. “mute must”) is slow and at low temperatures (14°-15°C). It allows to obtain a straw-yellow wine with golden and green reflections.

Classification:
IGT (typical geographical indication)
Blending:
80% Vermentino, 20% Trebbiano
